Reviews and Ratings
The Lego Friends room could have better soundproofing, and it smelled like dust, making it uncomfortable for my kids to sleep. The bathroom door even came off, forcing us to squeeze through. However, for an upgraded room, it was better overall.
I was excited about staying at the hotel due to its proximity to Legoland Park; however, the room was a letdown. It felt cramped and had a musty smell that made it uncomfortable for my kids to sleep. Additionally, we had issues with the bathroom door, having to squeeze through to access it.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. On one hand, the location was great being right next to Legoland Park, but the room had a strange musty smell that made it uncomfortable for my kids to sleep. The service, though not attentive, had some fun touches with the Lego characters. The dining experience was excellent, with a superb water park, but the facilities were lacking. Price-wise, it was confusing when my card got charged for another booking.
The hotel had a mixed experience for me. While the staff were friendly and quick to fix issues like the musty smell in the room, there were some unexpected closures and service problems. The location was great for Legoland Park visitors, but the damp smell in the rooms affected our stay negatively.
